What to do when a Vendor wants to come to campus and provide a Product Demo/Show:
- If the University of Connecticut has an agreement in place with a vendor, and that agreement includes certain language, a Facilities Use Agreement is not required.
- If we are working with a vendor that does not have such language in their contract, or does not have a contract with the University of Connecticut, a Facilities Use Agreement would be required.
- The department requesting a demo or product show should work with the Office of General Council to put a Facilities Use Agreement in place.
- Select Item 6, Contract Templates, University/AG Approved.
